- You can receive our Xline Threads products anywhere worldwide at your clinic door by our shipping partners; Aramex, DHL, FedEx. with prior on line payment.
- If your clinic located in one of our warehouses zone (Italy - Switzerland - Albania - UAE - Kuwait - Egypt - South Korea - Vietnam - Georgia) you can have our own representative at your door with accepting cash on delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to your clinic door worldwide.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

- Shipping time vary from 24 hours to 14 days, depend on your clinic location, how far it is from our nearest warehouse to your doorstep.
- You might receive your order the same day If you are located in same city 24-48 hours from order time. And may reach to 14 working days to reach some far countries.
- Vacations, customs issues, holidays may affect the shipping time.

How do I place an Order?

1- Simply add the needed products to your card,
2- Check out and fill your information carefully right.
3- Pay online or ask for cash on delivery if applied to your country.
4- contact our customer service through whats App, messenger or email to follow the order.
5- Our customer service will contact you in 48 ours maximum to confirm your order details if you didn't reached out to us.
6- We send you update message with every step of your order.
7- After receiving the products we still follow up with you, putting you in contact with our Certified Experts and Professors to ensure you use the products following the right application and protocols. We teach you, train you and verify your access to our XDrs Learning App to learn anywhere and anytime.
8- We may ask for your feedback and experience to enhance our service in order to serve you better in the future.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

After placing an order, we will contact you in 48 hours maximum to confirm the order details and information, and we will be in contact with you following every step. Until we ship the order you can Cancel, hold, or change it for no fees. After shipping the order out we cannot return it until you return it from your side personally as it is now consider your property.
You can return the order if doesn't comply with what you ordered 14 Days maximum from receiving it. Shipping cost both ways will be charged plus restocking fees of 10%.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order without having an account, but it is better to create account which will keep your orders history and customer contacts in details and if you are currently ordering you will be applied for special gifts, discounts, offers, hands on training and workshops and VIP support.

How Do I Track My Order?

- Through Customer service whats App number, messenger, website contact form.
- Using the shipment Tracking Number that you will receive through the shipping partner website.

How Can I Return a Product?

-By contacting our customer service, giving us the reasons or mistake happened you will receive the returning fees if applicable or not.
-Then you will return it through the same shipping company to the shipping origin.
-You will receive the refund 14 days after receiving back the order in our warehouse excluding fees and shipping cost if you are returning the order without reason or mistake from our side.
